      There is not a single point pros..

      Cons

      if you tamil person u can easily servive here.. if kannada people please dont join ,, all tamil people dominate you u feel guilty here. HR is puffet of managment.. you will get all tamil leave, they wont give holiday for kannada calender. If you put bucket to manager, u will get good hike. else u wil gone crazy and even u will not get camstar work.. they will put u on some dump project.

      Lots of opportunities to explore. Have worked in Athena for more than 8 years, enjoyed working with the team and the Management. Travel opportunities to US for Knowledge transfers Good renumeration Work life balance, strong support from the Management

      Pros

      I'm being with Athena Family past 7 years. I have started my career here. It was awesome journey till now and hope it will be in future. We face lots of ups and downs, but it didn't affect our career growth here. If you perform well, you will well deserve for everything. There is no corporate politics here. You will get good hike and onsite opportunities. All people who work here are help minded, either it may be official or personal. Nice infrastructure and calm place to work. Totally I'm enjoying my career here.
