if you tamil person u can easily servive here.. if kannada people please dont join ,, all tamil people dominate you u feel guilty here. HR is puffet of managment.. you will get all tamil leave, they wont give holiday for kannada calender. If you put bucket to manager, u will get good hike. else u wil gone crazy and even u will not get camstar work.. they will put u on some dump project.
