      Lol. I thought for five minutes, not a single point

      Cons

      No Work Life Balance - you might be asked to work at 2 A.M without any urgency 24*7 - they don't give privacy to your weekends time..You are at work 24*7, no personal time F-words - They will treat you like you are a slave , f words are common here HR - They don't even exist, HR keep changing in every 3 months Micromanagement : This is hell , belive me this is hell. They count every silly things, even you have done your job perfectly No Job Security: Don't go by any positive reviews, sab fake hai.. Please consult any current employee before joining here, it will save you from ruining your personal life.

      1. The management doesn't know tech. They boss around other employees. 2. They are pathetic people. 3. Obsessed with IIT, they have polluted IIT tag with their work.

      The people around are good - they are helpful but it’s just the subordinates

      Cons

      Lot of cons: - bad higher management as the biggest problem as the people in higher management do not possess team handling experience - Managers acts as dictators - the tools which are used in this time is very outdated and they still work on manual capabilities and calling themselves as AI organisation - no work life balance you are expected to work on Saturday and Sunday but it’s only you as subordinate who is expected because the senior management will not be available at times on weekdays as well - worst hr policies I have seen in my professional stint as they do not have any say and as managers say they just obey - the owner is a nice man but I think he is not interested in knowing what’s happening behind his back as he is more interested in Quantiphi’s growth
