Extremely poor management, many coworkers quit due to the owner. Paychecks are only given once a month, which is not explained in the interview, and they were often inconsistent or late. Schedules came out just days before the week started. Unwritten policy that they do not hire men for any host or waitress position, no matter how short staffed they were or how illegal this practice is.
