Pros
Worked with great & supportive seniors I learned so much from them. Attendance hours are somewhat flexible.
Cons
Terrible inexperienced management. Micro-Management. Employees are Always let go and replaced with trainees. Work hours are not respected, and work-life balance is non-existent. No Job Description and responsibilities are not clear, you're expected to do what management demands at all times. Understaffed. Performance measurement tools exist but are not used. No Feedback from management and feedback from employees is frowned upon. Unpaid trainees occupy certain positions. An arm-twisting attitude is encouraged to hold a position. Unethical Practices. As a junior, I was expected to perform better than a founding senior who involuntarily left the company. Hypocrisy is nothing special I assume it's everywhere but it's still worth mentioning. You will never be proud of the work you've done as it will never be quality work, it's just not allowed to be quality.
