Upper management is controlling, spiteful and two faced Upper management will call employees names in closed door meetings, humiliate employees asking for help, and look on employees social media and cross reference days they called in to work to “verify if they’re really sick or not” and use this as grounds to find a reason to document a disciplinary write up, hoping to build a case for termination out of spite.

Travel to multiple office locations, usually 15-30 minutes from each other. Heavy patient load since there are 2-3 doctors per location usually.
