This was where I experienced a lot of disrespect! Whatever amount the company’s paying, it isn’t worth it! They abuse the employees and we get yelled at al the time! Management’s horrible and this had been the most exhausted and stressed I’ve been in my life!!

Management is incredibly biased. They only focus on the top performers of the company while completely neglecting everyone else. While it's great that they reward talent, their treatment of regular employees is practically night and day. We're treated almost like garbage, as if we're useless even though we accomplish our work on time and meet their expectations every single day, while their favorites are treated like royalty.
