1. Small caseloads with very achievable bonus targets
2. Amazing mentorship -- I meet with my CD every week
3. Structured training for new BCBAs -- I went through a First Year Behavior Analyst training that Atlas developed in-house that was amazing for my growth as a brand new BCBA
Cons
Can't think of anything other than normal stresses of being a BCBA
Transparent career ladder with training opportunities throguhout. I can see a real long term career here learning from very experienced CDs. Manageable caseload sizes make work life balance very achievable
I have been in ABA for a couple years and have worked as an RBT at a few agencies in St. Louis. I have to say Atlas is hands down the best. I have never received as much BCBA supervision and support till I got here. The BCBAs are always nearby and are patient with answering questions. I get ton of overlap and the CD checks in on me a lot. I have also been given more responsibility as I;ve proven myself to lead activities and train newer RBTs. First time I feel like I have career mobility and professional growth!
Cons
Strict call-off policy. Have to give 2 weeks notice before you can take time off.
