      Pros

      The benefits & the pay were great. The company acts as though they care what employees have to say. You feel valued working there, usually.

      Cons

      Once contributions or feedback is given, it’s often welcomed, but there’s rarely any follow up. It’s as if they want people to think they care when in reality, they don’t. Being ghosted by the people who ask for input is weird.

      Job openings, low bar to get hired, some good benefits.

      Cons

      The org presents a facade of employee development and cultural investment, while in practice, it relies on labor exploitation and superficial engagement efforts. Recent HR strategy appears largely performative, emphasizing trendy language, recycled motivational cliches, and vague engagement rhetoric. It is cringy "Eat Pray Love" raw raw rather than substantive leadership or meaningful support reinforcing an illusory narrative that employee motivation alone can (or should!) compensate for deeper structural deficiencies.
