Pros
Coworkers are great and hours can be flexible.
Cons
"Flexible" hours means YOU are flexible and malleable to their will. The pay is ridiculously low. They want you to have a Bachelor's Degree for just about anything but won't pay you more than minimum wage. If you ask for raise they come at you with false accusations. They try to intimidate you into signing paperwork you should not sign. Completely unprofessional in every aspect. All they care about is money, not their employees. A first aid kit is locked up in the CEOs office when she leaves, so their is no access to it, and no way to remedy your wounds if you accidentally are hurt by the many hazardous chemicals and sharp objects in the lab.
