I would not place a lab rat in any of the Atlas facilities. I have been employed by two different facilities. They were Taylor's Point and most recent was Glen care. Both of these places I gave a 2 weeks notice on my first night of working. They were both horrible. I would not refer anyone to work there nor would I refer anyone to place their loved ones in either of these dumps, that is under the management of Atlas. I asked the nurse who was training me about the person center care, he was unaware that this is apart of the policy, for the residents, and he has been employed with this company for several years. He even disclosed that since Atlas has purchased this particular facility, that the place is worse off than before. Thankfully I was not depending on this place to be my source of survival. This place sucks big time.... They are so bad they will receive absolutely no stars from me. They even disclose that if you do not honor your two weeks notice they will drop your wages to minimum wage, which is 8.15 for me, here in Cincinnati,Ohio from 23.00 per hour. The place was so bad they can have that mess... I am never going back... Ever. I am forced to submit at least one star. They are not worth even 1 star.......
