Pros

Working here has been really rewarding. It’s a place where you can grow, stay curious, and keep learning every day. The flexibility and understanding around scheduling make it easy to maintain balance, and if you love movies and filmmaking, you couldn’t ask for a better environment to be in.

Cons

Honestly, I really enjoy working here. The challenges are part of what makes it rewarding. The main ‘cons’ I’d mention are just areas that come with being part of a creative, fast moving company. Sometimes priorities shift quickly, and it takes flexibility and strong communication to keep up. But overall, those challenges have help me grow and stay engaged.

Pros

- Great space to work in. Kitchen is stocked with snacks and drinks, the demo space has video games to play on breaks, and there is usually a hackey sack game during our company wide 3pm break - Being close to and working with industry professional cinematographers making big-budget films - fun events/industry opportunities every week -The ability to use their lenses for personal projects

Cons

-sometimes you need to work outside of normal company hours for specific events, this could be a con if you do not find those enjoyable. -Deadlines on creative projects. Some may be discouraged by time-sensitive projects, but it is the name of the game to advertise the product. -when there are open houses at work the parking lot can fill up, causing some employees to have to park across the street.
