      Pros

      Bob Diamond manages the firm extremely well and hires top talent. Great group of people focused on building a strong culture and prioritizing clients/investors first. Growing place with significant investor interest in platform and funds makes it an exciting place to be a part of. Firm has private equity, a credit opportunity fund, and SPAC capital.

      Cons

      None thus far that I can think of.

      Pros

      - Great work environment - Free lunch, phone reimbursement, generous with PTO - Understanding warm environment. -Room for growth within a smaller company

      Cons

      - Work will have to be done late at night and on weekends. - Not always the clearest directions

      Pros

      Overall this employer was great. They are very understanding and supportive of their employees. A ton of support when needed.

      Cons

      The atmosphere can often times feel a bit divided - this is not a major issue but to some may seem unfair.
