      Pros

      The best friendly and comfortable working environment. You work with a friendly colleagues who help each other with a flexible work hours. In addition, the company focus on skills development and improvement.

      Cons

      I can't find any disadvantages.

      My opinion after my first month at this job

      - Great co-workers; - Positive attitude; - One-to-one support through coaching and mentoring; - Company growth and advancement; - Opportunities for professional development.

      Cons

      A small company that grows and evolves. But for me, this is more of an advantage than a disadvantage.
