Pros
-Youll get exposure to a lot of new technology and will never stop learning/growing here -Timings are flexible and the managers will always be on your side -Hard work is recognised and commended -Never a boring moment, you can always ask for more work and they'll always deliver. -You may get exposure to international clients and mostly get to head your own projects
Cons
-Not many people here, so the workload may be a bit rough for a few people, I personally didn't find it hard, rather interesting
