They buy lunch every Friday. Very easy job, all you do is make cold calls all day. Mineral buyers are great people.

You have to go to work and be around toxic, unqualified management with condescending tones. Very very high turnover. 6+ new hires/fires in 1 year. NO TRAINING. High expectations not grounded in reality at all.
