Very, very easy-going and relaxed management excellent working hours (flexible) the owner is very good at his job, and extremely relaxed and helpful the pay is excellent, especially considering the fact that you decide when and how much you work there are no daily norms or requirements, although you might be prompted to finish some project if there is a deadline
Cons
only that the workload is so unspecified that you can literally work once a week
