Good in terms of technology but there is no management

Pros
Its start up so technologies used are good.Else everything is worst.
Cons
But there is no professionalism and management.Only one person is there who is co-founder as well HR,Recruiter,Manger everything.They wont provide you offer letter at the time of joining but they will expect to serve 3 months notice period. Its fraud company which will not pay you properly for your work.They will take you as intern and make you work for 10 hrs and will pay you 3000-4000.
