Pros

Residents at the only good part

Cons

Management is awful. Literally scamming the elderly. Residents are treated poorly. Food budget is almost non existent. I've watched food be thrown on the floor and served to residents. The place is filthy. All management cares about is money. Everything is phony fake and a show

Pros

-Lots of interesting, varied activities to do with residents -Building relationships with a sometimes forgotten demographic -Learning wisdom & life lessons from those who've been there - really!

Cons

-Strict management style with fingerprint time clock, very rigid schedule -Holidays aren't usually given off - when you need to run events! -Can be sad to work with elderly at times, and have to bring energy yourself
