- ATRIUM awarded many Huge Projects within the last 3 years although it is new to the surface of construction such as Four Seasons Sharm ELSheikh and CITY GATE Madinty and that's Due to Great Updated Management cycles and systems. - Despite being the newest in Talaat Mostafa Group in Construction field, its Human Resources systems are very efficient and capable that enabled them to keep up with the market within limited time and acquire a set of new professional members with great potential for the youth and credentials for the big guys; seniors or above - A Must Say is ATRIUM CEO is a Great Person and he is still young but possess very thoughtful ambitions, well-educated on business terms and have a great set of both managerial skills and self-confidence that led the company for that big notable jump in the market in few years.
Cons
There are no specific cons but maybe, Being New to the market made it not easy to deal with the new acquired members that each one has his own management system with was hard to coordinate in between. Also, having some rare members; one or two that do not keep up with the new work techniques, technology and updated software made it difficult to find a neutral ground for professional profitable discussions.
