Bad bad so so bad. I actually cringe at how bad it is...
Pros
Nice girls in the office. Was a lot of fun when they actually had more than 3 staff members...before the mass exodus of resignations and firings! However I have made some life long friends (bonded through our shared traumatic experience at Attic). Oh and there is a fruit bowl.
Cons
Worst management I have ever seen where the founders are highly emotional and unprofessional. They have made most staff members cry at one point or another, and have managed to bully out 2 fantastic consultants in my time. They expect loyalty and commitment from their employees yet offer nothing in return. Lots of petty, childish, passive aggressive behaviour such as sending snippy emails when they are sat 2 feet away from you and being taken for a coffee where we are told off like naughty schoolgirls (Oh how we all giggled when someone was summoned to the local chain restaurant for scolding!) Review system is non existent with little to no progression unless you brown nose or have a hissy fit. There is obvious tension between 2 founders. Favouritism is rife and new jobs and clients aren't shared equally or fairly with some people being given first dibs on the good roles. Office is a hovel with no kitchen. No phones or laptops provided but you're expected to be available out of hours (even working part time) and use your own phone to make calls etc. Won't even provide a toaster or microwave and the washing up is done in the mens' loo...disgusting!!! Pathetic bonuses (less than 2%) and no perks or benefits.
