Lots of food around Nobody will disturb you during work Extremely quiet environment 3-5 staff only will never OT leave office exactly on time
Cons
people are socially awkward nobody will guide you on anything have to guess what is to be done extremely vague answers given Lots of redundant steps required for a simple solution in HR Prepare to get your claims rejected constantly egotistical management believes they are too smart Emotionally unstable management Not many projects if you are fresh grad you will be wasting time with nothing much to show after a year even If you are looking for a place to relax and collect salary it will be perfect for you
