      IF you take charge and decide to make something positive out this -you have space to explore your field -you can start your own projects -you have initiative as long as the owner is okay

      -owner wants things his own way and quick even if hes wrong -disorganized company

      One of the best places I have ever worked at, workplace environment is fun and educative. The ability to hone your skills and learn while making a difference in the world is very rewarding in my opinion.
