- A lot of good quality engineers - good environment of workers that help each other - every job role can do more then he would do in larger company - Great work life balance
Cons
- Future company financial is uncertain - sometime can work on staff that are less interesting and relate to the field of the job.

None, it is a dead-end job. Can't even ask the provider for a contact email for a LOR.
Cons
Impossible to ask for off. They're moving all jobs to India. No room to advance.
