World-class team with extensive investing and operating experience. The team build strong, constructive relationships with portfolio companies and work hard to add value far beyond the capital. Augmentum is a fast-paced, supportive and enjoyable place to work. Great to work somewhere where you feel you're making an impact and doing important work.

Cons

If you like rigid structure this probably isn't the company for you. Very few cons otherwise!

An amazing opportunity to be part of a groundbreaking venture capital fund that is truly differentiated from many of the others. Significant autonomy, entrepreneurial, high energy and dynamic investment fund that is an incredibly fun place to work with great people and stretches you to achieve.

Cons

If you are looking for a company with a rigorous structure, where your day to day role is specifically defined then this is not the fund to join.
