Pros

- Great team, made up of super smart and caring individuals. The people alone are awesome and they make coming into the office every day enjoyable. - Core values that are actively considered and a part of decision making. They are not just words on a page, but they are values we try to consider at every turn. - A culture that treats you as a human/friend first, and an employee second (life happens, and you need a team that understands that) - Work/Life balance as a core value is actually encouraged. Target around 40 hours a week with unlimited time off that we are encouraged to take. - Ability to share thoughts and ideas freely in order to drive growth for the company - Fair and transparent compensation - Abundance of growth opportunities - If you are a rockstar you will be rewarded - Inclusive culture that goes beyond work. Teammates feel more like friends than co-workers - Kudos and callouts that foster an environment of recognizing employees for driving success and going above and beyond. - Clear differentiation with roles. A Manager has different day to day role expectations than an Analyst. - Great office, with a very collaborative layout. - An awesome coordinator program that helps to train and level up entry level talent - Management that works with you to achieve growth goals, regardless of your role or standing within the company - The company puts their employees first. If a client doesn't align with our core values, we have no problem stepping away from that relationship. - We have fun, and we genuinely like to be around one another (team building, happy hours, volunteer events, casual lunch conversations, fun team outings)

Cons

- Smaller company that is experiencing growth, this can lead to growing pains. - Team members, especially in middle management, often need to step in and support as well as wear many "hats". This can lead to heightened expectations. This is a side effect of a growing company. - Our office could be more diverse - With our extremely fast growth, hiring could be a bit more proactive

Pros

The employees who aren't on the leadership team are rockstars.

Cons

The founders made the mistake of promoting some pretty unqualified people into leadership positions, giving them power over others that they definitely shouldn't have had. It was often used manipulatively, and it made for a toxic workplace.

- Flexible work schedule - "Unlimited" paid time off - Good vision from leadership - People are very smart - Good mix of clients, mostly medium sized with a few large ones - Value professional development - Cool office just across Hennepin Bridge from downtown MPLS

Cons

- Lack some clarity in role definitions - Office space is very open (some may prefer this) - Not enough of a feedback process
