      Able to work remotely, don't have a fixed working schedule

      Cons

      Have to work across time zone frequently, but very free schedule, CEO upholds very high standards of work/expectation. So it means you have to be very motivated and proactive yourself to be able to meet the company's standards ;

      Pros

      Good if you drink the coolaid. And get to learn about new tech that may be around if they figure out how to promote it.

      Cons

      This place doesn’t have a clear idea on how to execute and very dated vision. They are lacking a face on their product, so they’re reaching for more hype men. CEO is posting on their own Glassdoor about salaries. Seems pretty self trolling. Everyone seems disconnected lacking internal communication. It’s a weird and misleading vibe.

      Lots of freedom and responsibility. Hardworking colleagues. Strong ethical foundations in how we operate.

      Cons

      No office space at the time of writing. Lots of freedom and autonomy can mean a lot of pressure. Limited funding leads to limited compensation.
