A genuinely fantastic place to work! All employees are rewarded a huge quantity of flexibility, this is in-turn paid for in individual responsibility. I work with an industry leading group of colleagues, who are inspiring and push me further to be better. The management are fantastic and the company vision is clear. Company benefits (including paternity leave, salary sacrifice EV, additional leave purchase etc.) are exceptional and go a long way for staff retention. Would recommend working here.
