Pros

- Great learning experience. Have had the chance to take on different roles, all of which are congruent with each other so I get a very holistic understanding of the product design/manufacturing and architectural/construction industries are like. - Company development. Acoustics is a niche market with little competitors relative to other markets but we probably shouldn't expect it to stay this way. The Director envisions the team to move flexibly into profitable markets, which is possible because of the team dynamics. The team is moving into a second market currently.

Cons

Nothing much I can think of.

Pros

- Everyone works together like a family - It is not difficult to get help - The employers are nice and friendly - An extremely inclusive company - Full of learning opportunities here - More for people who have a great sense of responsibility

Cons

- The first month would be trying as it's during the learning phase, it is generally harder to clinch projects but it gets better after some practice - Expect to be hygienic in the office space as there are no daily cleaners here
