Pros

Great culture with heaps of autonomy. Support is there for people to get up and running, plenty of training options (internal + external), regular office trips and lunch clubs are amazing! Also lots of flexibility given for personal situations. Management sits on the workfloor and is closely involved with how the team is doing and feeling. Privately owned business with very personal touch, rather than company where it's all about the numbers.

Cons

Apart from a shower room, there's no end of trip facilities for those that cycle in.

Pros

Aurec has a fun culture yet supportive and not as cutthroat as a lot of other Recruiters. Its rewarding and not micromanaged so works well when you do your own thing and left to get on and do the job. Great Comms and no hurdles to achieve. Changes with the times and evolves- forward thinking senior management that act pretty autonomously.

Cons

Suits More self starters, and those putting in discretionary effort. High Achievers that perform well and generates a performance culture.
