Pros

Nice building and work space. Everything is clean and tidy. Everyone is friendly at first.

Cons

Nebraska is an “employment-at-will” state. Therefore, an employer may generally terminate an employment relationship at any time and for any reason unless an agreement or statute provides otherwise. Aureus uses and abuses this law. There reputation in the city is TERRIBLE! But don't take my word...just ask around.

Aureus Group has an excellent culture and does everything that they can to get their employees prepared for the recruiting/staffing industry. Training is top notch, lots of community involvement and well tenured group of people that really do care about their team/employees.

Cons

Business can be a tough one to learn if you are new to the game

This company has people who genuinely care about finding jobs for their candidates and providing the best candidates for their clients. They demonstrate and live the values in their company mission.

Cons

They did not have the option to work remotely but that changed during the pandemic.
