      no concrete policies chaotic admin department in offshore offices senior resources/architects(who are also a part of management team) in few abroad offices have no respect for other colleagues and have lack of mannerism favoritism by the management team to established architects in few abroad offices mandatory cultural activities in Indian offices no work-life balance poor appraisals
