No pros only 5 am to 10 pm work they want to know ur digital well-being.they say monday off there is no off at all for the 1 st 2 weeks they wont say anything.there is open terrace under heat u just need to dial 200 ppl and ask for donation for SOS for first 5 days they only show owners cabin nthing else they will take care for you after one week they give a pitch and ask you to learn thn you should deliver for 200 people everyday
Cons
They also made atheory for begging to people funnel theory loa extra it means u should dail 200+ ppl and should give 46 ppt 17 links then only 3 donor will pay so u will be dialling everyday 300 ppl next comes salary if u cant make the donor pay ir salary is 0 . This type of outsourcing company take ph no from google directly and ask for donation.but when u feel this is bad they will say we r working for the children is it so by making a70 people as cow or donkey making them to wotk frm mrng 5-10 if any one is going to the company first thing u cant be freind with college’s you can talk with trainer eat with trainer only trainer they will spearate in name of teams and u will be really exhausted even u cant save phn no walk with each other to the office . To avoid these feeling they do morning meeting truly idk and say it as employee engagement program no don’t go there and get fooled
No base pay.sometimes you won't even get a single penny for a month..if you are a non trainer everyone in the office use to mock you..your payment sometimes taken as a bond amount and they will tell that ,you will get it once you leave the job..but u won't get it
