The CEO is young and visionary. He throws conventional wisdom on how to handle his staff. He understands that in order to achieve the best quality of work, providing a psychologically safe environment for employees is crucial. Compared to my previous companies, this one has the best environment.
At the same time, the projects are challenging and varied. You might have to switch between different tech stacks. That's where the challenge lies.
