      Not so many positive about this company and nothing new to learn . You can make career here if you follow seniors blindly without asking question

      Cons

      Hard internal politics even though small firm and the team lies to everyone including customers , staff etc. Not innovative or productive just repeat same thing daily also delay in salary and other issues

      Pros

      Learning curve is steep, you get to work directly with one of the biggest banks in UAE and KSA Region. You get to work on credit risk model development and validation roles (PD, LGD and EAD models) which has high demand in the market at present. You get to work on things from scratch and deep dive in nitty gritties.

      Cons

      Achieving work-life balance is like a nightmare in this firm due to sheer amount of work you need to do. Compensation is very less compared to what is being offered in the market, most banks & consulting firms offer higher compensation for same or even lesser amount of work. The company does NOT offer medical insurance, cab service and EPF.

      Auronova Consulting has great mentors who are humble, hard working and always ready to help. It has very down to earth top management from founders, directors, associate directors, managers, senior consultants, literally everyone in the organization has mutual respect towards every employee / staff. The senior management are experienced professionals from the top technology and management institutes of India and possess in-depth subject matter expertise mainly in risk management. The organization runs on the enthusiasm, hard work and professionalism of these individuals. I'm truly delighted to be an Auronovian!
