      Pyramid Scheme - Beware!

      Pros

      If you love doing sales or are a young go getter..go for it.

      Cons

      No base salary and 100% commission. They sit you down during the second interview and give you a step by step book of how you work your way up to management and earn "6 figures". They don't tell you up front that they are a multilevel marketing firm. This is a firm who sells AT&T Uverse by door to door sales. They wouldn't answer my questions regarding the actual position till the second interview where everything was sugarcoated.

      Brandie is a great hands on owner. She is always open to give advice and coaching when needed. Aurora Group is a fun, fresh, and innovative company that will give you everything you need to succeed.
