A company to make you miss your previous one.

Pros

The 100% remote work, pay and benefits are good. The majority of the people are great to work with.

Cons

A few "bad apples" in high positions that have been causing a lot of good people to leave. The product team doesn't seem to have a concerted understanding of what customers actually need or the problems they're facing. The company claims to be a product driven organization, but it's 100% sales driven. So what gets built is what the sales team needs to lock customers in to expensive long term contracts.

Decent culture. Friendly people, no daily catering.

Cons

During the Covid-19 crisis, the company let go quite a few employees, without slightest consideration of the difficulty for them to find jobs. Managers would terminate you immediately if they do not like you.

In 2022, I thought I found my dream company. 2023 everything changed, company goals QUADRUPLED with no new feature roll out. Company barely hit Q1/Q2 , Q3 didn’t at all and not even expected to hit half in Q4. Hiring freeze but promised there wouldn’t be layoffs. Layoffs happened this week cutting 60 people which at a start up is A LOT
