Pros

The work is important and some people are really great to work with. Because the turn over rate is so high there are some good opportunities

Cons

Unfortunately this company will never reach its full potential until CEO and COO are changed. Terrible communication, don’t value staff, poor pay, very little support, over worked, toxic environment, blame culture and above all apathy. It all comes from the top and trickles down.

This company must be a candid camera reality sitcom of how not to run a business. Nothing can sincerely operate as bad as this place, extreme narcissistic personalities, hamsters have better memories, constantly walking on eggshells, senior staff have zero knowledge of how to do their role. If you want a laugh give it a go. If you want a future you'll have better luck contracting Covid, Spanish Flu and the Black Plague simultaneously.
