There are no pros working here, nothing to learn at all.

Cons

No flexibility, stressful environment, pushes you to work overtime, no perks, Also they only hire Gujaratis The whole office speaks more in Gujarati, no learning opportunities.

Good at the beginning but everything goes south later on.

Cons

You work hard for them for a year..no pay raise. You ask them 3 times in 3 months, they don’t care. Hr is useless, migration agents who make good money treat others like dogs. The owner won’t say anything because these agents are the golden goose who lays them golden eggs. Manager does not seem to care much too. The management think of them as Gods and others as peasants. Half the people don’t know what there doing. They ask you to call and beg the clients to give a good review. 90% of reviews on the google page is not by choice, but are asked to be made. The workplace environment is bitter. This is the honest truth.
