      - Great co-workers - Great health regulations - Pay was decent

      Cons

      - Rostering was a mess; shifts would be changed on a whim and at the time, we only had a physical on-site roster to refer to - No overtime pay - Pay was constantly wrong and it was quite the fight to fix it - Also required off-site employees to drive samples back to the lab with no compensation for their time - Very high employee turnover; I've seen people last less than a day

      Pros

      Great management team, supportive and understanding lab manager. Friendly staff and makes work fast. Very flexible hours including morning/evening/night. Working hard pays off in up-skilling and promotions.

      Cons

      Wage is not as competitive as other places.
