      Pros

      The admin is amazing. I really wanted to love Austin Asset. It has a beautiful view and you don't have to fight for parking.

      Cons

      Favoritism Micromanagement No ERGs No community at work No gage for how you're doing even though there a million check-ins with your superiors. Cold environment. This is not a place where you are treated like family. Not an innovative place. My time at Austin Asset felt very lonely. The team doesn't go out together or even really talk to each other.

      - Like any small business, lacking onboarding and ongoing formal training - Entrepreneurial spirit of planning not aligned with compensation plan - Core values and mission fall short within team dynami
