      Great potential, but the reason they are always hiring is not just because of expansion

      Pros

      Friendly customers, access to creative materials and education, friendly coworkers, loose dress code within reason.

      Cons

      Shockingly low pay, out of touch board that had to be fought for months to raise starting wages to $15 per hour. Exposure to hazardous materials/environments. Some questionable history when handling prejudiced behavior towards employees

      great finds, most staff/coworkers & volunteers are super friendly and sweet

      Cons

      the gaslighting/constant self-victimization, drama, and lack of good faith communication from certain members of admin killed any spirit of goodwill towards the nonprofit sector. try to find any bit of support within the org and all you'll find are people willing to turn a blind eye to the abuse in order to keep the peace. trust me, there are better places to work
