Beautiful Company until 6 months ago until it went to sh*t

Pros

Sadly none anymore but it was once a great place to work. Used to have great culture and great people and management. Corporate ownership marched in and stopped treating people like human beings. Verbally abused one of the best directors for months. It has become an appalling and disgusting place to work and it pains me to say it.

Cons

Corporate company took over. No integrity. Treat people like dirt. Allow abusive behaviors and even encourage them. Fired people by email left and right and now taking raises down to .10 per year. You read that right. 10 cents. Used to be a quality product and now all they care about is the cheapest way to make a buck. Sadly so many great people remain and are miserable.

Pros

There are no longer any pros. It used to be a great company, but this has dissolved with lack of leaders with authority. Menards owns this company and has come in and taken over all aspects with little to no understanding of how the company operates. Also, they have openly yelled at employees (in public).

Cons

Low pay, company is falling apart with 2-3 resigning every week. Laid off vast majority of employees by email, stripped department funding, took away work from home days, no longer routinely takes out trash (I put this in here as a sign of the changes we have seen).
