Very unprofessional.

Pros

• Promising development opportunities for those who can stomach the initial field work. • Some people are nice.

Cons

• Base salary was significantly lower in the contract than discussed during interviews. • You are expected to work 10.5 hours a day, 5 days a week plus Saturdays (a grand total of 52.5+ hours) while only being paid for 38 hours a week. • Often uncontactable during business hours due. • Clear lack of care/interest from admin staff who will spell your name wrong, get your address wrong, etc. in your contract but still expect you to release your bank details and TFN while a new contract is getting made up. • Unpunctual while making no contact to notify you of this.

Hi there, thank you for leaving us a review. We’re sorry to learn that you were left with a negative impression of AIM. We will try to clarify some of the concerns stated in your review. Firstly, our job adverts state our base salaries. We’re not sure what the interviewer would gain from misleading you, as it would rightly leave you feeling annoyed and lied to. Please - if possible - could you contact us with more information on this on our main contact email found on our website? We will chase it up. Secondly, we’re sorry to hear that our staff in Brisbane spelt your name and address wrong (repeatedly?). We can assure you that we at AIM treat everyone with respect. It's how we've managed to create a thoroughly enjoyable company culture. We really are sorry that you did not get to experience this properly, and that the opportunity didn't work out for you. As we've said, please let us know if there's anything more we can do to answer some of the concerns you aired here in your review. We wish you all the best for the future. - AIM HR

Fun Environment

Pros

I really like the training and team environment- you do learn a lot from the other team members. Got a lot more help than at a previous sales job I had worked in. There is a lot of support from other teams in Sydney and Gold Coast as well and I actually got to visit the Gold Coast office. I Learnt some really good skills and got a chance to public speak in front of a group of 15-20 which was pretty cool. Pay is base pay and good commissions when you hither bonus' and you get paid holiday and I got sick pay when I had to visit my grandmother in hospital which was nice. Friendly people, I would recommend.

Cons

You do have to put 100% in everyday so it can be tiring

Pros

Great way to develop oneself, full training is provided in a fun environment working with motivated ambitious people. Wether you want to make money or learn how to do sales & marketing or progress in a role of management this is available to anyone willing to learn and make the adjustments in their career which is replicable in all industries. It has allowed me to advance in so many areas which has taken time. I recommend for everyone to give it a go as the AIM team are always available and supportive for me to achieve what I want. Great benefits on Salary + commissions and incentives that are above industry standards.

Cons

People are learning all the time in the industry and it takes people longer to develop the skills in the new areas they focus on.
