Pros

NOTHING! NOTHING! NOTHING! NOTHING! NOTHING!

Cons

I am compelled to share my harrowing experience of enduring severe office bullying by both colleagues and supervisors at Aodesk. This review serves as a cautionary tale and a call to action for the company to address the toxic workplace culture that allows such behavior to thrive. From the moment I joined Aodesk, I was subjected to relentless harassment by my colleagues and supervisors. The level of bullying and intimidation was beyond anything I could have anticipated. It seemed as if there was a pervasive culture of mistreatment and abuse, with no consequences for those responsible. Colleagues and supervisors alike engaged in demeaning and belittling behavior. They publicly humiliated and ridiculed me, making derogatory comments about my appearance, intelligence, and professional capabilities. The psychological toll of enduring such constant abuse was immense, leading to anxiety, depression, and a severe decline in my overall well-being. What was perhaps even more disheartening was the complete lack of support from management. Despite multiple reports to HR and superiors, no meaningful action was taken to address the situation. Instead, I was met with indifference and even retaliation, as my concerns were brushed aside and my professional growth was stifled. It was evident that the company prioritized protecting the harassers over ensuring a safe and inclusive work environment. The impact on productivity and morale within the company was palpable. The constant fear of being targeted, coupled with the lack of support, created an atmosphere of hostility and distrust. Valuable employees left the company, seeking refuge in healthier work environments, while those who remained became disengaged and demoralized. Aodesk must take immediate and decisive action to eradicate the culture of bullying that pervades their workplace. It is imperative that they establish clear anti-harassment policies, enforce strict consequences for offenders, and provide comprehensive training to prevent such behavior in the first place. Management must actively promote a culture of respect, empathy, and accountability to foster a safe and supportive environment for all employees. In conclusion, my time at Aodesk was marred by the distressing experience of enduring severe office bullying from colleagues and supervisors. The lack of intervention from management and the consequent negative impact on my mental health and professional growth were utterly unacceptable. I strongly advise individuals to approach this company with caution and urge Aodesk to take immediate action to address and rectify this toxic workplace culture. No one should have to endure such torment in their professional lives.

Rampant Bullying and Toxicity Unchecked

Pros

Pros were an elusive concept here, as any potential glimmers of positivity were swiftly drowned out by the overwhelming tide of toxicity. The constant undercurrent of bullying behavior made collaboration and teamwork nearly impossible. Colleagues, who should have been allies, transformed into adversaries, engaging in power struggles and undermining each other's efforts at every turn.

Cons

Working here has been a disheartening experience marred by a pervasive atmosphere of bullying and toxicity. What should have been a place of professional growth and collaboration has transformed into a breeding ground for mental health issues, thanks to the management's complete inaction in addressing these pressing concerns. The workplace environment is nothing short of a nightmare. Bullying is rampant and unchecked, making it impossible to focus on tasks and contribute effectively. Colleagues who should be supporting each other are instead engaged in power struggles and undermining one another's efforts. The toxicity has seeped into every corner of the office, leaving employees feeling isolated and demoralized. Perhaps the most distressing aspect is the severe toll this environment has taken on employees' mental health. The company's negligence in addressing these concerns has led to anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues among the workforce. It's heartbreaking to witness once-motivated individuals now struggling to cope due to the constant stress and fear that the toxic atmosphere generates. Management's apathy towards these issues is truly disheartening. Reports of bullying and workplace toxicity have fallen on deaf ears, as if employee well-being is of no consequence. It's apparent that the higher-ups are more concerned with maintaining appearances and profits than with cultivating a healthy and supportive work environment. Attempts to seek help or express concerns have often been met with dismissive responses or vague promises of change. It's evident that the management lacks the willingness or competence to address the root causes of these problems. This lack of accountability perpetuates the cycle of toxicity, making it seem like change will never come. As a result of these deeply ingrained issues, turnover rates have skyrocketed. Talented employees are fleeing the company in search of greener pastures, leaving behind a skeleton crew that's just trying to survive. The potential for innovation and growth has been squandered by a culture that thrives on fear and negativity. This Company is a cautionary tale of what can happen when workplace bullying and toxicity are left unaddressed. The toll it takes on employee mental health and overall morale is palpable and devastating. It's a sad reminder that management's duty goes beyond profit margins; it extends to the well-being of the people who contribute to those profits. Until concrete actions are taken to rectify these issues, I cannot in good conscience recommend this workplace to anyone seeking a supportive and healthy professional environment.

Pros

- All clients are Australian-based so it's day-shift work. - Sat and Sun off

Cons

- If there's a power outage incident (Brownout/No Power), all agents are forced to do Overtime or Undertime to accumulate all hours or minutes of a power outage. - Promotion without proper compensation and increase. - Promotion without a proper job description. - All employees even regulars are not safe from termination if they didn't reach a quota or KPI. - Only the Operations Manager and HR are the safest positions. - The management will declare someone as a "Floating Employee", but the truth is, they are "Terminated". - If you performed, you will be exhausted because they will transfer you to all campaigns. - The terms of payment of a CLIENT are not transparent to AGENTS. An example is "The agents knew that they're paid by their client monthly or semi. But the truth is, the client only pays them on a commission base only." "No Sale, No Payment". Because of this, the operations are always pressuring the agents to make a sale or terminate them quickly if they didn't perform.
