      Pros

      New organisation who combines eftpos, BPAY and NPP. Great separate companies when they were managed by their previous CEO. Since integration happened, terrible leadership, no clear communication, redundancy happened to great leader to bring people they use to work with.

      Cons

      Leadership don’t care. Our new manager made introduction 2 months after starting! Made redundant people based on personal bias not due to role removed.

      Cons

      Leadership is biased , Favourtism, non inclusive for people of color, leadership should be inclusive so people feel they can be there irrespective of color or culture. Do not groom or train internal resources, hire and fire policy. Never finish what they start - believe in hanging people midway, employees are just numbers
