      Management are Billy’s and harrass staff. Continually make you sign new contracts of employment that reduce your benefits. Restrict you from getting another job in the media industry for 12 months with no compensation. Do not work for this company

      Non-existent, The workplace was not a happy one at all.

      Cons

      The company has potential, but upper management tends to favor middle management, which creates an imbalance in decision-making. Middle managers lack proper training, leading to issues such as micromanagement, low emotional intelligence, and passive workplace bullying. Work-life balance is a concern, with long hours often expected without proper overtime compensation. Stronger leadership training, fairer work-hour policies, and a healthier workplace culture would improve the experience for employees.

      Not entirely hostile, there are some good apples around the team.

      Complete disregard for staff burn out or work life balance. Happy to have people execute 3 different job titles worth of work without any recognition in title or remuneration
