    Pros

Understaffed for aged care workers so lots of opportunity to have work.

    Positive Outlook

I worked at Australian Unity full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

The team I was in was fantastic, long term people with the mutual mindset. Very much action and money where community initiatives are involved. See talent and promote easily.

    Cons

Long hours, not high pay (no overtime), constantly changing from centralised to de-centralised models. Seem to be a lot of people who fly under the radar with no real ability to do their jobs or even be questioned. Seems to hard to rock the boat.
