I took the job contingent on certain agreements re work location. 4 months along, they changed their mind which left me unable to do the role. I took a pay cut for this job on the agreement of flexibility. Once they went back on the agreed working conditions, there was no worthwhile value in keeping the role, which was unfortunate as I liked the company and the industry.
Except the office space, everything is negative here. At first they provided me a 90 Day plan where i have to learn and excel within the company and they gave me a work on very first week. No proper tools were provided to me and they expect me to do work according to their ideology. Senior management never turns up to meetings on time. All they tell is they are busy. Very improper management and no work life balance. SLT pressures you with the questions which they know you cannot answer. They expect everything to happen within a short period inward when you need help, all they say is they are busy.
