The job listing was on seek and an HR recruiter contacted me to set up interview. Admin officer and EA to CEO took the interview. The office consists of about 30 people. I was told its a very casual and friendly setup.

Found on seek.com and got interviewed 3 times with a number of different senior managers and board directors. Interview was highly confidential and took place at other locations than the office.
